• Scaption → Arms out straight out/up
The scapular plane sits 30–45° anterior to the frontal plane; raising in it reduces impingement risk compared with pure abduction. Physiopedia — Scapular Mechanics

Reverse Wall Pressconfirm
Half cylinder foam. Your notes read “prone to out”.
Reverse Wall Press / − half Cilendar foam / − Prone to out
Confirm: Two readings, and the notes support both. Against “pronated forearms rotating out to external rotation”: a wall press is done standing, and a documented wall-and-roller exercise works exactly that way. For “face-down, moving out”: page 1 of your own notes defines Prone as stomach down, which is your usage. I won't override your own definition — tell me which and it's one line.
SB Gross Spinal Extension
Ball behind the low back, stretching backward over it.
SB Gross Spinal Extension = Ball behind low back Stretching back

SB Thoratic Dips = Ball at Wall, facing Wall ball above head leaning in toward Wall / ↳ Also thorasic?
Your notes add a question next to this one: also thoracic?
Shoulder Extension (TB)
With band handles. The arm pulls backward and downward, behind the body — driven by the lats, which are the prime mover of shoulder extension.
Shoulder Extension → lat raise
“Lat raise” reads as the latissimus dorsi, not a lateral raise. The lats are the prime mover of shoulder extension and pull the arm backward and downward, so the note is consistent — a lat-driven band pull, not abduction. StatPearls — Scapulohumeral Muscles (NCBI)
Side Glide
Hand and elbow on the wall, moving the hip toward the wall.
Side Glide = hand/elbow on Wall, Moving hip toward wall
SLSSingle Leg Stance
Standing on one leg. Done on the blue foam.

Supine Hip Adduction (Ball)
On the back, squeezing the ball between the knees.
Supine Hip Abduction (Ball) / − squeeze Ball
Your notes title this “Supine Hip Abduction (Ball) — squeeze ball”. Adduction is movement toward the midline, so squeezing a ball between the knees is adduction. Filed that way. TeachMeAnatomy — Anatomical Terms of Movement

Straight leg raise on the back, with the other leg bent.
Supine SLR / • Straight leg raise, One leg bent

TB D1/D2PNF diagonal patterns
Cross-body diagonal pull, like a lat pulldown. Start at the top.
TB D1|D2 → cross body (lat pull down) start top
D1/D2 are the standard PNF diagonal patterns; your notes give the cue, not the expansion.
TB Hip Pattern 4 Ways
Band at the ankle, working the hip four ways: flexion to the front, extension to the back, abduction out, adduction in. Your notes wrote down the first two.
TB Hip Pattern 4 Ways / − Flexion front / − Extension Back
Titled “4 ways” with only flexion and extension listed. The four-way hip is flexion, extension, abduction and adduction throughout the literature, so the other two are filled in here. Training & Conditioning — Utilizing the 4-Way Hip
TB Pallof Walk

TB Palove Walk = grab handle, Push Straight out, lateral Step 2 to 3 / − Left Side (closest to Wall)
Written “Palove Walk” in your notes; the standard spelling is Pallof.

Thoratic Extension → down to Pockets Straight (Rear delts?)
Treadmill Retro Walk
Walking backwards on the treadmill.
Tredmill Retro Wak = Backwards
Wood Choppers
Ball behind the back, dumbbell straight out, pulling down straight to one side.
Wood Choppers = SB behind back, DB straight out, [?] pull down (straight to a side)
One word is unreadable in the notes — “slight / straight / right pull down”. It doesn't change the movement, so it is left out.
